Each student that registers will need to complete an interview with the Vice Principal before being accepted into any part-time program.

Spray Tanning is a technique that involves spraying a solution all over the body to give it a tanned and darker appearance.  The tan fades evenly and is suitable for all skin tones.

Spray Tanning

Students will be taught the spray tan technique used in high-end spas that concentrate on providing clients with a relaxing experience. The airbrush sunless process discussed in the module will include set up, product info, application techniques, safety, and marketing.

At Avant-Garde College, students apply their practical skills that have been taught in person throughout the program in a professional spa environment. It is our goal as a reputable institution to keep up with industry standards, and ensure students are given every opportunity to excel in the spa beauty industry.

The program consists of in person theory and practical work taught by a Journeyperson Instructor. The student will bring a model and be tested on their application technique at the end of day, marked by the journeyperson Instructor.

The class size for the module is four. The cost is $250.00 per student. The student kit is optional at an extra fee of $875.00 + tax. Students will receive a certificate as a Certified Sunless Airbrush Technician at the time of class completion

The tanning effect remains on the skin for 7 to 10 days and the service is 15 minutes. The training is one day, in which you will learn everything that comes with spray tans. This service is ideal for clients who want to have a natural tan without being exposed to the harmful rays of the sun.
