Avant-Garde College offers an approach to education that goes beyond. Our student-centered curriculum, small class sizes, and support help students gain confidence as they progress through each course module and hone their practice in our Avant-Garde Spa.

As an emerging Esthetician Technician professional you will learn to provide a total experience that foster effective communication and positive connections that leaves your client feeling pampered, relaxed, healthy and renewed.  

In addition to building a strong skill set, you are offered opportunities to discover high-end beauty careers through our work term program. The program helps you land your dream job before graduating.

Admission requirements: 

High school transcript or General Education Development (GED).

Students under 18 years of age require guardian consent.

Photo identification and social insurance number.

In place of a High School Diploma or GED mature students (19+ years old) may be considered. 

Financial assistance: Avant-Garde is designated for student loan funding. Visit the Government of Saskatchewan website for more information about the Canada-Saskatchewan Integrated Student Loan program. Please note student loans will not cover student kits.

Course Duration Full - Time

1400 Hours; 38 Weeks

Monday - Tuesday -Wednesday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm & Thursday 12:30pm - 8:00pm

Course Duration Part - Time

1400 Hours; 63 Weeks

Option One - Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 1:30pm

Option Two – Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Fees: 
Registration Fee (payable at time of registration): $200.00

*Registration fee is not a portion of the tuition amount and is non-refundable*

Program start dates: January, March, May, July, September and November. Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.
